Since 1978, Las Zirh has been a pioneer in the production of tire protection chains, manufacturing all chain components in-house. Las Zirh chains are crafted from alloy steel, the quality of which is tailored to suit each distinct working environment. These chains have passed rigorous EU certification standards, undergone meticulous vacuumed crack control, and have been manufactured in accordance with our stringent high-level technical specifications.
The forged links constituting the tire protection chain are produced utilizing 25 Kj and 16 Kj hydraulic hammers, aiming to optimize strength and durability. The quality and design of the links that directly engage with the ground are meticulously determined by our experienced engineers, drawing upon over 40 years of expertise, tailored to each set of operating conditions.
Our rings are seamlessly welded without the use of wire rods, electrodes, or additional metal, employing our high-level know-how in our automatic welding machines. These rings must successfully undergo bending, tensile, and compression tensile tests to meet our exacting standards.
Furthermore, within our atmosphere-controlled furnaces, each boasting a capacity of 2 tons, every stage of the heat treatment process is meticulously automated and documented. This ensures the achievement of impeccable hardness and strength, guaranteeing top-tier quality.
